We arrange private hard money bridge loans, term loans, and permanent loans secured by real property located in California only. We do not originate, arrange, or solicit loans in any other state.
2. Business Purpose Loans Only
All loans referenced on this website are made for business, commercial, or investment purposes and are secured by non-owner-occupied real property. We do not make consumer purpose loans, owner-occupied residential mortgage loans, or loans for personal, family, or household use. Any inquiry submitted through this site is understood to be for a business purpose transaction.
3. No Offer, Commitment, or Guarantee
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, commitment, or guarantee to lend or to arrange financing. Loan terms, rates, advance amounts, and program parameters are illustrative, subject to change without notice, and depend on the property, the borrower, the transaction, and investor appetite at the time of funding. Rates and terms shown or discussed are not locked until documented in a written agreement signed by Hanover MC.
4. No Upfront Fees
Hanover MC does not charge upfront fees to review a loan request or issue a quote. Third-party costs such as appraisals, environmental reports, escrow, title, and recording charges are the responsibility of the borrower and are disclosed before they are incurred.
5. Information You Submit
You agree that all information you submit is accurate, complete, and truthful, and that you have the authority to submit it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a broker-client, fiduciary, or lending relationship. Do not transmit confidential or sensitive documents through unsecured channels.
6. Not Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice
